Click HERE for more details! | Come with us as we head north for SNOW CAMP A weekend for 7th - 12th graders filled with competitions, activities, and biblical perspectives on tough issues teens face. Cost: $125 for one teen, $100 each for 2 teens, $75 each for 3 or more

2. Snow Camp Registration (must include immunization dates)
***Please Note*** There is a Medication Form that is part of the Snow Camp Registration Form above. In order for any medication to be administered by the Snow Camp medical staff, this form must be completed and signed by a physician. If your teen has medication that they take on a regular basis and will be bringing with them, the Medication Form must include those prescriptions (including inhalers). All meds listed on this form that a teen brings with them to Snow Camp, must be checked in upon arrival at Snow Camp.
